At Prakruti Saar, we didn’t want to just build another business; we wanted to solve a problem that has existed in the plant nutrition world for decades.

For the last twelve months, our team of engineers has been living and breathing research at our laboratory in Nagpur. We’ve spent countless nights monitoring cultures, refining processes, and waiting for that one breakthrough.

Most plant proteins are "forced" out using synthetic acids. This aggressive environment damages the delicate protein structure—what we call "denaturing"—resulting in a dull color and that chalky taste.
